I have been baking all weekend for my business. I sell high fat high sugar small cakes. It drives little messyfish crazy that he can not have any (because mummy wont let him)...so I changed a Molly Katzen Bran and Honey Muffin recipe around to make it sugar and wheat free, then baked it in the cupcake papers I use for my business...so now little messyfish can eat as many as he likes! I have published the recipe on Tastebook (see side bar for link)
Its day 8 of creative everyday month, and I have definitely been creative with these cupcakes (unfortunately for some small boy i know...or fortunately actually!)

I can almost smell them .. and the illustration is great, too. But I admit, I'd rather have the full fat full sugar naughty version! LoL
Have you considered adding the healthier option to your business? They could be quite a success too!
You little messyfish is so lucky to have a mom that can bake. :)
Suddenly the oatmeal I am making is exciting me much less since I caught this "sensory glimpse" into your cupcakes! LOL
MMmmmmmMMM tastes delicious. I love your picture, and the fact that you made some sugar and wheat free ones for little messyfish. :)
Happy Sunday
Today's creation is on Flickr for the purpose of my loved ones not seeing it, as I know they visit the site! I include the link for you to visit.

Funny you pulled the ole switcheroo on Little Messy Fish. I like your sketch too. Just seeing this mess of cupcakes makes me hungry.
Creative and healthy at the same time - nice one!!
Lucky little messy! I wish someone would bake me a sugar free gluten free cupcake.
