Sit down meals

No more eating breakfast standing over the toaster... I have instigated change in the name of good mental and physical health. We now have sit down meals. 3 times a day. Candles at dinner time and a little vase with flowers all the time!

I think it is a good thing, not only for you but (IMO) little children thrive on routine. They learn so much with a routine.
