Housewifery

A very serious business! Truely. If I am organized then I can be spontaneous. Don't ask me how that works, it just does. Like the saying " surrender to win". Works for me...
I just did this plan sitting in a cafe. It was embarrassing getting outy watercolours. It's like saying to the world " I do art". Usually I am a secret squirrel about this stuff. I am trying to come out.

I think you are right. Just knowing what to feed the masses is a load off of your day. You don't get caught without ingredients. You don't have to panic at the last minute and try to decide what to fix. Your menu is a good thing. I like to see other peoples menus to see what I am missing and what I might be able to incorporate into our menus to spice up our diet. I get tired of fixing the same things over and over, yet find it difficult to break out of the regime. Go ahead and break out as an artist. You are marvelous. Show the world.

Great idea! We just started doing a menu plan here...trying to save some money and seeing if a menu plan will help us!
Glad you are "coming out" in your community as an artist!!!

Wouldn't it be nice to have your painting as a keyboard and just push down on what you want to come out of the oven. :D

I should really do this too! Menu plans are a good thing.

Great that you are coming out as an artist. I have sketched in public, but not the full paints out thing! I'm afraid someone's going to come and look over my shoulder and put me off! Silly really!

Thanks for visiting my blog, it is lovely to see a 'local' out there!

I do menu plans too for the most part. And then I do my shopping and I'm good to go for two weeks. I agree, having a plan allows you more free time. I don't have to go back to the store for this or that - I've got several full meals in my freezer, fridge and cupboards. It's good to know I'm prepared!

Very inspiring! I'm so resistant to making plans like that. I really have to give it a go and believe that it won't kill the spontaneity. Thanks for sharing!
