Today's bread




Wholemeal, Corn and a touch of olive oil, topped with sesame seeds.

Is wholemeal the same as whole wheat? Or whole grain...we have 9 grain bread and 12 grain breads here. This loaf looks very good...the corn addition sounds interesting as well!!!

Yes Maureen you must! I have not bought a loaf for months!
Julie.... Hi! It's flour that has not had the wheat outer husk removed before milling. There are no whole intact grains through the mix but it is made from whole grains.
