Flat bread

Divide basic bread recipe into about 10 pieces and roll each piece out thinly. Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes. They will puff up spectacularly then flatten when cool. We served ours with home made zaatar and Australian olive oil for dipping.
(I make my zaatar with an equal ratio of sumac, dried thyme and toasted sesame seeds. I also add some Celtic sea salt.)

Siverbeet and cherry tomato quiche

I will like to try this using a multi-grain recipe! Thanks for showing...I always wondered about flatbread...and now I know! I used to make bread all the time (and eat it)...so I quit ...but now I am having a strong urge to make some again! If I do, I will blog about it!
