Soft white bread




I used the basic bread recipe substituting water for milk. It's produced a softer crumb. Little messyfish is very fond of it! Nice to have a change in texture too. Time for me to start following some recipes again for variety's sake.

You are making me want to go in and toast some multigrain bread I have, and put butter and some of my new guava jelly on top! I am geting fatter reading your blog! LOL! My fault. :)

Oh, I can almost smell it. I need to vary my bread recipe abit. I'm getting stuck in a rut!
