Colour

Time in, not time out. A hug, instead of harsh words. On my knees and play, rather than scheduled activities. Change the environment rather than control the child. Look at diet, rather than except extreme behavior as normal. Support and relaxation, rather than time to myself. Spending time and money on the child IS for me. Break the cycle.

lovely anna.
i am thinking and researching colour now too.
on the colour wheel - red reflects green, which lessens anxiety. ( so i think i need a red sweater now..)
very interesting.

Beautiful and wonderful hearing someone else saying such things. A lot of the time I feel like I speaking another language to people.

Yes. Great post. I've also been doing heavy digging into colour and colour theory. It's a beautiful world. Recently though, I've been busy getting inspired from my trip to Turkey.

I consciously think of your words when dealing with my grandchildren...thanks for helping me to have a sometimes better approach to frustrating times!
