All very lovely. I will save the link to your blog. I know that it's a struggle to find time to create with a toddler. Just do it when you can, I read your profile that your a pisces just like me and if our traits are piscean and alike we have to create it's a need not just a want. My brother used ...Have you used spelt flour before? My brother used to make all his own bread because he has allergies. He used spelt a lot. It does dry out more, so you need to compensate with more moisture in the mix (I think he increased the amount of water and oil???) I was totally converted to the idea after reading "Not on the Label" by Felicity Lawrence. Opened my eyes to commercial baking and what goes into the bread. He found that Spelt dries out quickly, so you need to add more moisture to the mix to begin with and use it quickly.
