Too Busy To Create!

Some Quick Sketches in my February Sketch Book:

These are all the household chores my husband usually takes care of....but I have to do it while he snowboards in Kashmir...hmmmmm
This is how I felt the day before he left. I was waiting for the results of a biopsy on a mole. Possible melanoma. It turned out to be ok (thank God).
Now I can enjoy late summer! Its the best, because the local caravan park has emptied, children are in school, and I can hear the cicadas sing, and feel the sea breezes. Oh....the peace! Just lovely. Watermelon, Fresh Prawns, Summer Dresses, Swimming with Cap and Goggles, Reading.

I don't see how you do it all. Whew. I think that is why God give babies to young people. I like your sketches of daily life.

I'm glad you got the all clear on the suspected melanoma. I love sea breezes and the sound of the ocean....a pity I live an hour's drive away from it. Great sketches!

these are great! it's hard to do while taking care of a baby, but hopefully you'll find time to keep up your sketches - they'll be so meaningful to you in the future!
