Here is my FIRST EVER sewing machine. It was the cheapest one I could find, because I can not sew, and suspect it is a phase I am going through. Two "Softie" books, dead roses from Mr Messyfish (they were alive when he gave them to me), copy of Frankie magazine, and the book "An Illustrated Life".

It looks like a very creative space. I find that any little space works great, but I think the key is not having to put it away.
I love your space. I have posted my space before. It is nice to have a spot to be able, as Teri said, to leave things out so you can get to them at the drop of a hat. I have a semi-fancy sewing machine that I only run a straight stitch on about twice per year. Ha..

Sew Fun looks wonderful. I love the colours. I wonder if I might get a sew fun for my daughter.
Looking forward to seeing your makings.
The softies books inspired my first forays into sewing too. And, I used to have that lettering book in high school.
They're great!
Now THIS is my kind of workspace! Love it, love it! Yay for the sewing machine. And I'm glad the flowers were alive at one time. HAhahah!
