Geeze... Now I have gone and painted it PINK... there is no stopping me with all the girly stuff. I have visions of going to Mr Messyfish's shed and getting some nails and hammering them into it (as an antedote)...but I hate to open the rollerdoor so late at night. So noisy! and its so scary in there...

I love your posts about the object. At first I thought it was a peanut, but now I am sure it is meant to elicit the maternal response.
And now comes the clucking hen in me-I wonder if there are other objects, how they compare to this object, if the angular objects (if there ARE any) are being treated with as much respect and care and thought).
Such a human trait to give life to inanimate objects. I put a very large giant plastic easter egg in the backyard and the only being who loves it is the puppy-and to her it's a toy to chase, the bigger dogs ignore it completely.
