This is one of the cakes I do for my business "Fiasco and Debacle". Its Chocolate Mud cake with whipped chocolate ganache. A few months ago, the power went out after a storm, and I had to whip that ganache by hand! OMG that was hard!

oh...my...gosh. I neeeeeed to take my finger and just scoooooop up all that chocolate. Yum! I bet this one is really popular. And my arms are sore just thinking about whipping up all that ganache by hand! At least you burn a few calories -- enough to eat a cupcake or two!
