spring flowers

Specimens gathered in the bush on a nature walk. We live on 5 acres and are lucky enough
to have most of it as untouched bushland. We back onto the Nattai National Park too!

I am making an effort to celebrate the seasons and incorporate "rythms" into my day, week and year. I am going to record my families celebrations of the seasons in a new journal I have started.

I think this a marvelous idea. Baby Messyfish will enjoy knowing about his past in years to come when he is old enough to look through this (these) journal to see what his life was like through his mothers eyes.

I think it is interesting how you are going into spring and we are approaching autumn. Both marvelous times of the year. Spring holds so much promise and autumn is a restful time for me. I so enjoy it.

Oh, lovely, lovely specimens. That's a nice collection, and I like your bottles and vases, too. I bet it looks great sitting on the windowsill.

I really like your plants in various jars. Very interesting picture - that should be framed and hung on the wall.
