Banksia Drawing

I went deep into the bush with my cushion and some cartridge papaer and a 2b pencil. After I found my rock, this is the first thing I found. I wasnt fussy. I just needed to draw. The insanity melted away as I drew. Here are some bad photos. The drawing is too big for the scanner. I really must stop posting bad photos on here. Tis lazy of me...

You really should be drawing for nature textbooks! Your drawings are amazing of all the natural elements you find! WOW!!! You could do your own book of really neat items...collections of seashells, or mushrooms, or something.....wow, wow, wow!!!

I am bowled over by the fact that you would even attempt to draw this intricate piece. It's amazing and very very well done. Do keep posting.

Wow, what a very detailed piece of work. This is new to me; Banksia. What is it?

Keep up the wonderful work. :)

I know how you feel when drawing, it feels a whole lot better if you just feel like going to it, or something is disturbing oneself, you go to it and than all melts away.

Happy Art Every Day Month.
