Bread: fruit and nut




I used the basic recipe and added 1/4 cup each of sultanas, slivered almonds, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, currants. I also put in 2 tbs mixed spice and 1 tbs honey. It tastes like a wholesome hot cross bun...
I have a wooden bread board and a tin bread container on my wish list. Plastic is yuk...
