Today's bread

I make it everyday. Little messyfish's favourite is wholemeal. No seeds. I don't photograph it any more. But here are some recent variations on the theme.



Wholemeal with currants and mixed spice. Moist dense sweet. My favourite.



White with seeds. Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds, and poppy seeds. A favourite with butter and vegemite.

Okay...so I came up with this brilliant idea so that I can finally get into bread making...one of my friends and I are going to take turn making the bread...so every Friday we get together and exchange fresh bread!!! My bread envy will finally come to an end!!

I think I would prefer the dense, moist, sweet, with currants one best too! I do like them to have a lot of seeds and nuts as well. Lucky little Messyfish...such a grand and healthy diet!!!

Your bread always looks so delicious! Would love a slice with butter and marmite (not a fan of vegemite, I'm sorry to say!!).
