Blueberry buckwheat pancakes




Blueberry buckwheat pancakes served with fresh ricotta, strawberries and maple syrup. Yep... Another step closer to being vegetarian.


Fresh ricotta bought by the basket.


Organic australian buckwheat flour and soy milk


Canadian maple syrup. Food miles absolutely necessary here!


Fry in lots of butter.


Flip it over. Take a bite...


Dinner....because I can...
