there was a blackout last night, so i was forced to beat 5 litres of chocolate ganache by hand! this was extremely difficult. It was so humid too, so i was very sweaty by the end of it. After i had iced all my cakes for the week by candle light I treated myself to a little time in my art room. This is what I came up with whilst wearing my husbands head torch. a pastel of play for "creative everyday"
