Happy cactus Monday!

You would not believe my luck! My mother said "what would you like for your birthday"...well! I knew the answer to that... i wanted a Lisa Rivas print! It was a bit beyond mum to buy online from etsy (hey...she is 80 years old), so she asked me to buy it, and she would give me the money. So i did. Funny though, that fortunately i have 2 mums, and the 2nd one secretly reads this blog (well...she did post a comment once, but it was anonymous), and when she came around to visit me the other day, she brought me a birthday present. As I was half way through opening it, I stopped and dragged her into the kitchen to show her the AMAZING print I had just recieved in the mail. I was going on and on and on about it, and how well packaged it was, and how i recieved a special birthday gift along with it, and how beautiful it was and why etc. She smiled and agreed it WAS beautiful. I then sat down to finish opening my gift from her. And GUESS WHAT? it was another Lisa Rivas print! I was SOOOOOOOOO happy!
So here they are proudly attached to my favourite room in the house where i spend most of my time.

Oh, and baby messyfish wishes everyone a happy cactus monday too. This one is for you Joan! We had a great day today. Here he is eating organic pear and peaches that just arrived via home delivery. I have been wanting to get him into cloth nappies (diapers) and get a good supplier of organic and biodynamic produce, and I am happy to say that I have achieved both! (just not at the same time yet...as you can see he is NAKED!!)...gee is that allowed?...

Lisa Flying Colors, thanks sooo much! and I wish he WAS delivered by the produce man, that would have saved me 30 hours labour and a whole lot of pain!!

Thanks Yoon for the birthday wishes

Lisa, yes he loves a good box! Its always the cheap toys that amuse them... and it was less mess to clean up afterwards
