I have been making more cushions! The messyfish's must have maxed out our internet limit, because I have had a VERY slow connection, making it impossible to blog. Oh well, seems like it is back to normal again. Can you guess what baby Messyfish's Daddy does for a living?? I found this retro firefighter material at my new favourite shop
My Place in Bowral. I am in there all the time, and spending too much money of course.... hee hee hee

Is he a fireman? Love the retro fabric and cushions. Lucky Little Messyfish
Yes Lisa!...as a result he has a large amount of firefighter paraphernalia...toys, puzzles, t-shirts
Oh that is the cutest material...is it flannel??? I love that retro look!
What a cosy corner you've made there! Enjoy the baby messyfish days - plenty of time to travel when he's grown!!
Hi Julie, it is 100% cotton, its thick and luxurious, from a quilting shop!
Thanks caroline, you are right, plently of time when he is grown....he is already 14 months...how did that happen?
What a cute corner and those new cushions make it looks so cosy. Nice work!
I love them. After seeing your baby booties I have no doubt you could make anything you set your mind to. It's fun to make something and be able to personalize it like that.
Love em...I want one!
Wow! Look like you are so busy sewing these new eye catching cushions.
Looks so comfortable too!
Wow! And they came in a pair.
