Today I made madeleines whilst little messyfish played with his little play date mate. They are a tiny sponge cake cooked in a shell shaped tin. French. To be eaten with lime blossom tea. (Or a big fat homemade latte... That caused me to be neurotic and anxious for the rest of the day)

Delicious. I saw a madeline tin at an oppy recently. Can't remember where. Know I should have picked it up. Bugger. They look delicious.
