Hi there! I have just discovered this guy who makes his "Easy Bread"...no kneading, and very easy. I have made 2 loaves so far as he does it on his video, and it is so crunchy on the outside and moist and full of holes on inside. You make it up one day and bake the next day. I have never done bread this easy or good. His loaf here tastes like french bread. I am experimenting today with substituting 1 cup of his white flour with 1/2 cup of wheat and 1/2 cup of ground 10 grains. It is bubbling in there pretty well...I will bake it in the morning and see what happens! I am very psyched over this method, and I seem to be a huge convert now. Oh...I am also gonna bake this mixture I have going now, in a regular loaf pan tomorrow and see what happens!!! Here is the video if you want to see: Easy Bread
Yum!.....:)We had a big frost up here this morning. My kids thought it had snowed over night. The birdbath was frozen even the washing I that I left on the line yesterday was frozen.
