It's sweet and spicy and delicious warm from the oven. Really it's cake.... Recipe from "festivals family and food" I can highly recommend this book. I tried most of the apple recipes, the carrot cake is a winner and so far so good with the pumpkin recipes! So lovely to find such a wonderful cookbook...
